In BBQ Festival all BBQ lovers have an opportunity to confront each other and all Craft Fair visitors can see and experience a variety of grilling and BBQ techniques. People can see how teams are preparing entries and after entries are served to judges, they will have possibility to taste their food.
For the Championship teams will compete in four entries: chicken, pork ribs, pork shoulder and beef brisket.
Fires shall be of wood, wood pellets or charcoal. All main 4 entries will be judged based on KCBS rules and regulations.
